In detail, complex movements are divided into phases and biomechanics are used to model each element to ensure precision and injury prevention. The focus of the BMETHOD is on jumps. As the method is modular, it enables athletes of all levels to master elements step by step and increase their confidence and performance. It provides a standardized, science-based training approach that goes beyond individual coaching methods.
MOTION ANALYSIS
Body sensors are used to measure complex movements in real time and visualize them using a 3D avatar. Athletes benefit from this technology by gaining precise real-time feedback to improve their technique, optimize performance and reduce injury risk.
HOLISTIC TRAINING
